BAXTER THE COLLIE - DOG PHOTOGRAPHY IN NORTHERN IRELAND
Baxter & his human, Amy, joined me for a dog photography adventure in Cairn Woods, near Holywood in Northern Ireland to capture some memories. The weather was perfect for us and Baxter was excited to explore a new woodland.
ABOUT BAXTER’S DOG PHOTOGRAPHY ADVENTURE:
Baxter is a black & white border collie but not your average collie. Baxter is a big boy & is known affectively as Donkey. He’s a ball of playful energy and wasn’t shy about getting stuck in to his photography adventure. Amy is a professional dog trainer & has competed internationally in dog agility so I knew Baxter would have his basic commands down. He was the perfect model, listening attentively to Amy and always had a big smile on his face. Here are a few favourites:
After the session, I headed home to edit the photographs in my signature style. Once I’d finalised the gallery, I created a beautiful slideshow to present to Amy at her private viewing session. Then came the fun part, trying to pick a favourite photo for printing. Baxter’s photo was printed as a Fine Art Matted print with a beautiful deckled edge.
