HEIDI THE POINTER - DOG PHOTOGRAPHY IN NORTHERN IRELAND
Heidi’s owner, Amy, asked me if I could capture some classic dog photography portraits so we headed off to The Mourne Mountains, County Down, Northern Ireland to capture some memories.
ABOUT HEIDI’S DOG PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
Heidi is a beautiful short haired German Pointer with a gentle & playful personality. The relationship between Heidi & Amy is beautiful to watch, they truly are the best of pals & go love to set off on adventures together. Heidi was the perfect model from start to finish in her photoshoot and we captured some lovely photographs to celebrate her turning 5. We planned the adventure to get the best natural light & to work with the beautiful rusty tones of the heather. Here are a few:
After the session I headed home to work up the final gallery and then it was time for Amy to enjoy her private viewing session. There were happy tears as Amy watched the slideshow & then it was time to pick a favourite photograph to send off to the lab for printing. The Wall Art now takes pride of place at home.
