DOG PHOTOGRAPHY NORTHERN IRELAND - 2023 ROUNDUP

2023 was a brilliant year for The Backyard Photography Company, I got to photograph over 100 dog photography sessions across Northern Ireland & get to know so many amazing dog owners.

ABOUT 2023 DOG PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS

2023 was packed with variety. I captured dog portrait sessions across Northern Ireland with old dogs, young dogs, big dogs, little dogs, rare breeds, rescue dogs & everything in between.

Highlights have to include the National Trust, Pet Nose Day event at Mount Stewart, near Greyabbey in Northern Ireland were I photographed over 70 dogs against their stunning formal gardens.

Another highlight was achieving a Bronze award from the Guild of Photographers, achieving my STog accreditation & having 3 images awarded Bronze by the International Pet Photographer of the Year Competition 2023.

Perhaps the greatest highlight of all for me personally was getting to photograph repeat clients. To be trusted to photograph your waggy tailed best friend once is always a privilege but to be asked to do it again & again is a honour.
